There are several ways to get your reciepts.
- Please log onto our convenient and secure Online Reservation System..
- After you log on, you will have access to the Time/Date feature.
- Once you locate your trip, simply click print or download to obtain a copy of your receipt.
- Contact the Billing Department by email at info@bostonlimo.com
- You may also simply reply to your original confirmation email requesting a copy of the receipt.
- Be sure to include your name, date of travel, a contact phone number and the email address or fax number where we should send the receipt.
- Call us during regular business hours (not our 24 hour dispatch) at 617-466-9077:
- Be prepared to provide your name, date of travel, and the email address or fax number where we should send the receipt.
- We will provide you a PDF via email or fax you a copy of your receipt within one (1) business day of your request.
- Please Note: If requesting more than 3 receipts, you must use option 1 or 2 above.
Privacy concerns dicate we may ONLY provide reciepts to passengers and billing contacts.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
